Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at unveilushop@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back using our provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, personalized items, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
