All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  After processing allow another 7 business days for you order to ship.

Orders shipped to the European Union are processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes vary by region:

• Western EU (Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal): 5–10 business days
• Southern EU (Spain, Italy): 7–12 business days
• Nordic & Eastern EU (Sweden, Poland): 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
